Thirty3Art Ventures LLP, Investment Manager and Sponsor of ArtVentures Fund (SEBI Registration No. IN/AIF1/24-25/1558), collects and processes personal data in connection with this website and the fund onboarding process described below.

1. What we collect

To evaluate and process an investment, we collect: identity and contact details (name, email, phone, address); KYC documents (PAN, Aadhaar OKYC, bank account details); financial information needed to verify accredited-investor status (income or net worth declarations); and records of your activity on the platform (consents given, documents viewed, commitments made).

2. Why we collect it

This data is processed to: verify your identity under Know Your Customer (KYC) and anti-money-laundering requirements applicable to SEBI-registered AIFs; assess accredited-investor eligibility; administer your investment, capital calls, distributions, and statements; and meet our record-keeping obligations under the SEBI (Alternative Investment Funds) Regulations, 2012 and related circulars.

3. Who we share it with

We share data with service providers acting on our behalf and under confidentiality obligations, including our KYC verification provider, our Trustee (MITCON Credentia Trusteeship Services Limited), our Custodian (ICICI Bank Limited), our backend infrastructure provider, and regulators or auditors where legally required. We do not sell personal data.

4. Retention

Records are retained for as long as required under applicable SEBI record-keeping norms and other Indian law, and thereafter deleted or anonymized unless a longer retention period is legally required.

5. Your rights

Subject to the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data (where erasure does not conflict with our regulatory retention obligations), and may withdraw consent for non-essential processing.
