These Terms of Service govern use of the artventuresfund.com website operated by Thirty3Art Ventures LLP, Investment Manager and Sponsor of ArtVentures Fund, a SEBI Category I Alternative Investment Fund (Angel Fund), SEBI Registration No. IN/AIF1/24-25/1558, registered under the SEBI (Alternative Investment Funds) Regulations, 2012 ("the Fund").

1. Scope of this website

This website is informational only. Nothing on it constitutes an offer, solicitation, or public invitation to subscribe to units of the Fund. Units of the Fund are offered exclusively by way of private placement, to eligible investors, under the Fund's Private Placement Memorandum ("PPM") and related subscription documents. Where any statement on this website conflicts with the PPM, the PPM governs.

2. Eligibility

Access to investor-only areas of this website (deal rooms, portfolio dashboards, statements) is restricted to persons who have completed KYC and accreditation checks and been approved as investors in the Fund. Minimum commitment, accredited-investor thresholds, and related eligibility criteria are set out in the PPM and summarized on this website for convenience only.

3. No investment advice

Content on this website — including illustrative target returns, fund terms, and deal summaries shown to logged-in investors — is provided for information only and does not constitute investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. You should consult your own advisors before making any investment decision. Past performance, where shown, does not guarantee future returns; target IRR and similar figures are illustrative only and not a promise or forecast.

4. Account use

If you are issued login credentials, you are responsible for keeping them confidential and for activity conducted under your account. Notify us immediately at artventures.operations@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

The ArtVentures Fund name, marks, and website content are the property of Thirty3Art Ventures LLP or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thirty3Art Ventures LLP is not liable for losses arising from your use of this website. This does not limit any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
